Had MrsEG's parents to visit today, seem to have spent most of day either cooking or walking dogs. Not bad though.

Just packed my stuff for early start in morning as doing a DofE training day tomorrow for Silver participants, all about the navigation.

Been playing with some old nikkor manual focus lenses on my digital, personally I think they're better quality than all this modern AF stuff.

The above was shot with an old 50mm and I took this moon pic with a 100-300mm, hand held. To my eye that's sharper than any previous moon pics I've taken with my newer lenses.
