Nice sunrise from outside the Hydro Hotel

Arrived for my morning swim to be told 'The boiler is broke. The pool is at 20 degrees and there are no hot showers. If you swim it is at your own risk.'

Presumably that meant that if I died of hypothermia, I needn't sue the Hydro.

Mind you, Ye Amphibious Ancients Swimming Club in Broughty Ferry swim in the Tay all the year round, without any wetsuits. Not just a quick dook, in and out, but across and back - four miles.

They also swim lochs, summer and winter.

Better them than me - I'll wait till the boiler is unbroke.
