Juicy Fruit

Sooo, I have lots of "stuff." You'll probably get a glimpse of some of it until spring wakes up and I can shoot other interesting stuff.

These are antique chandelier fruit that are actually polished rock quartz crystal, not glass. They have incredible sparkle and possess double refraction, too. If you hold one up and look through it, everything is upside down or backwards. They're really cool!

I hang them on our Christmas tree and then usually toss them back in a box to go down into the cellar for the year. This year I grabbed an old apothecary jar and put as many as I could inside. They now sit in a window and catch the sunlight like crazy.
