Time Trial

I went out this afternoon to catch a few minutes of the men's time trial and ended up watching all of it. At the break, half way through, I decided to go for a wee run just off the main race route and came off my bike, bending the front wheel - not badly and scraping my leg - again not badly.

Best part of the afternoon was after the race had ended, cycling past the pub at the side of the route to cheers from the drinkers and comments like "If you hurry up you can still catch them". Fat chance!
