Bedford bus rust

Today's blip - a rusting but very robust looking Bedford bus- was snapped during a walk on the land looked after by the Tapu Te Ranga Marae. The bus looks as though it hasn't moved for quite some time. However, you can't help feeling that there's life in that bus yet...that maybe (just maybe) if you turned the ignition over a few times?

However, the blip I really wanted was in the bush behind the bus. As we walked under some low, native trees (covered in seeds and fruits) the dog and I were entertained by a cheeky little fantail flitting above and around us. It fluttered from branch to branch too quickly for me to capture, flicking open its fantail for a few moments each time it landed. I ended up putting the camera away and enjoying the performance.
