Creative Cousin

Our last full day in Southern England, and we paid a visit to my cousin near Arundel who restores and adds her own creative touch to antique items of furniture and other everyday objects.

Here, in her back garden, is one that particularly attracted my attention: a Japanese lantern, formed from the hub of an old wooden cartwheel, set upright by pieces of reclaimed timber.
