Caught a bit of the Commonwealth Games tonight.

Usain Bolt in action, speeding his way into the final after taking some unfair criticism this week. He may or may not have hinted that the weather was sh*t. I live in Scotland, and he's not wrong - sometimes it is sh*t. He comes from Jamaica, so I would imagine it seems worse.

I also agree with what he may or may not have said about the Olympics being better. I still feel myself rooting for Team GB athletes when they're competing for England. That said, I don't feel as guilty disliking Tom Daley when he's not in Team GB colours.

Serious determination from Lynsey Sharp tonight. She may have won a silver medal, but she deserves gold for effort.
