Light and Time

A weird one tonight. Purely borne out of wandering the house with the ring flash attached going " That could work." And then going "No it doesn't."

I settled with the clock for a couple of reasons. The first being that it represents the deadline of getting the blip in. The other being that although a clock face is usually round, our kitchen clock here is not. I like the way the ring flash brings the standard back but only for this moment of time. Quite fitting I thought. I wasn't sure of the striplight being reflected but I like the singular colour interjecting the otherwise monochromatic image.

Quite deep thought for a Friday night. Time to reset methinks.
