Punt

Today we cycled (a challenge for me as the bike was at least two sizes too big) down to the town centre, and visited the botanic gardens. Then we tried punting, and managed not to disgrace ourselves, before visiting a couple of very nice riverside pubs. You certainly don't find any establishments serving quails eggs as a bar snack in Coventry.

My short experience of city cycling would suggest that the traffic is not problem (as it's very slow), but pedestrians are a nightmare.
