Synchronised Hurdle Setting

And the crowd go wild!

Spent the morning at the athletics at Hampden. The stadium was packed and the atmosphere was great, even though it was the early stages and so it was mostly round 1 heats that we saw. We had a great view of the high jump, the 200M hurdles, and we even saw one of Scotland's star athletes Lynsey Sharp in the the women's 800M first heats.

I took a lot of photos of the athletes, which I have posted in my Flickr album of my experiences of the games, but I thought I'd use this opportunity to highlight the professionalism of the Clydesider volunteers. Their perfect display of hurdle setting got the loudest reception from the crowd all day!
