Evil Eye

It took me a few moments to realize this goose was, in fact, not jealous of my sartorial elegance on my visit to Greenane but rather guarding his goslings I was attempting to photograph. I only became aware of this by his constant hissing and outstretched wings as he approached me.... And I was wearing a dashing panama hat I'm thinking surely it must be my proximity to his brood. The bank holiday is upon us here this weekend in Ireland heralded by Orange flood warnings which is a pity with so many carnivals, festivals and outdoor ideas planned....just saying
