CARNIVAL ...

Well I hate to say it but this years Hastings Carnival was a very poor turnout.Lots of big gaps and not a lot to cheer about,which is rather sad.Anyway ... the one thing that caught my eye in a stare out competition was one of the Skeleton crew from Doctor Who.Next years Carnival can only get better.(or worse).
