Up the Monument

It's lovely having my son and daughter-in-law to stay this weekend. We went to Hawkstone Park Follies which is a mass of woods, caves, tunnels and bridges created in the 18th century.

We climbed the 150 steps to the top of The Monument which was built in 1795 to commemorate Sir Rowland Hill whose family owned the land. The views from the top were amazing!
