Made my connection and got back to Heathrow on time. Quick trip to Reading, followed by long journey to Bedwyn and delicious lunch with Mum & Claire at the Harrow.

At the Summer School saw Megan's art & Angus' band. They played Hotel California, Tim O'Dell, ELO & Beatles (Hard Day's Night). Drums, keyboard & bass good. Vocals variable. Guitars challenged.

Still to see Megan's film, which they scripted, acted, filmed, directed and edited.

Then to Plymouth for night ferry to Le Havre. The car was making a strange whistling noise & we found a split in the intercooler hose. The nice man from Britannia wrapped it in gaffer tape & told us not to cane it.

They let us onto the boat after hours of queuing and I fell asleep to the sounds of the kids giggling to a film and the next door cabin arguing.
