Red Lentil Curry

Back on the Indian food trail tonight with a delicious vegetarian offering made with Chana Dhal and with some tasty fresh ginger and garlic. To make it more interesting I added potato and cauliflower and it made a hearty hot and spicy soup with home made Naan bread flavored with Kalanji and Fennel. Mmmm.
