Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake

On Friday we drove to Anchorage to pick up our daughter and her friend who live in Colorado and are coming to visit for a week. Today we invited friends over for a BBQ, and Marina made this Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. The center layer is the cheesecake.
