Compassion Morning

An up the ladder job this, as Compassion starts a 2nd flowering.

Today : cleaning out cupboards & a trip to City Hall to get parking permits for the flat. Go gently I keep telling myself. I've had to cancel being part of social gatherings again : simply can't get there. A very different me who used to manage anything!.
