Rowan made these fantastic fairy cakes and I made a chocolate and vanilla marble cake in preparation for her friends coming for a sleepover. Nick took them all to Leith Waterworld whilst I stayed at home to do some work. Murron was invited for a sleepover with her wee friend Catriona and Sam went out to meet some friends. I guess it was the calm before the storm as Rowan and her friends returned full of excitement and the cottage went from being a haven of calm to Piccadilly Circus at rush hour.
