Cromarty Bridge

We all have had a very busy day today. We went back to see Bud's breeder in Invergordon to pick up Bud's Granny. She has been a show and breeding dog for the past 5 years, but is now being retired. My sister and her husband are giving her a good retirement home.

It has been very hectic, to say the least! She is a beautiful girl, very loving and friendly towards all people and dogs, but of course, she is very confused, not having lived in a home since she was a puppy, always living in kennels, and not having had a proper walk for a number of years.

I think perhaps we have tried to do too much with her today. My sister and husband are staying with us for a few days so it is all rather hectic, once she gets to her new calm, quiet home she will settle much better.

I shall post a photo of her when she stays still long enough to get a decent photo!
