Roofing job, Mono Monday Motion

This is the house that our friends in Moscow are having built. We can't believe the methods they use here compared to back home in New Zealand. There, OSH regulations require a house like this to be fully scaffolded, up to and above the roofline. These guys are climbing a ladder to the upper story (no stairs in yet) of a 2 story plus loft and basement, home, and onto the roof. The roofing iron is lifted by hand from the arms of the loader, and they fix it without any protection. Fortunately it is not a windy spot.
