Bonxie

I started my walk at the track up to the top of Costa hill. No coffee at the top. Then on to the cliffs and west. It is easy to spend hours and hours on the cliffs if the weather is reasonable, and it was today. I crossed the Oyce and saw a glaucous gull fly east. It is not a bird I'd expect to see here at this time of year. The olnly auks were puffins. Masses of fulmar chicks on the cliffs. Many bonxies, like this one,heading west. I had coffee out of the cool west wind at the Oyce, then carried on to the Palace and the bus.
