Allotment Flowers

A friend gave me some flowers from her allotment today!! I am behind in comments again.

Juice reboot: Day 11 mostly juice but an evening meal of steamed vegetables. Gradually introducing food. It's been a good experience so far and to be repeated again sometime in the future!
