Lake Bled (again)

It was hot and muggy today, and I found it really tough in the rough area in which we were orienteering. We went back to Bled and went to the Triglav national park visitor centre. It's really excellent and has really good displays. We bought maps for future use after the kids fly home. We then walked up to Bled Castle, and this is the view of Bled Island with its church from just outside the walls. We then had a game of mini-golf and a good meal out before going home. As we drove down to Apno there was a spectacular display of lightning, but no rain. This didn't last and it hosed down and thundered and lightninged for many hours. With the noise and humidity sleep was disturbed.
