Attracted to Salvia

We enjoy watching the hummingbirds so I planted three Hot Lips and Black & Blue Salvia plants. They are looking very healthy and attact many hummingbirds.

However, the hummingbirds will not share. They wont tolerate another hummingbird anywhere on the deck! I tell them they could easily share, but no one listens to me.
