Margarita sunset ...

Drove south along the Californian coast today and much to the delight of my husband, found some waves at Huntington Beach. Quite a strange paradox to see everyone in their cossies at the beach, then directly across the road are workers in overalls and hardhats working on private oilfields. The oil is pumped up using derricks that dot the landscape (the strange machines look like casting extras from a Star Wars movie).

Arrived in the delightful Laguna Beach and it feels like you are on the French Riviera. Maybe it was the afternoon margarita overlooking the beach. Anyway, it made for a pleasant walk to take sunset photos.
