Early Girl

That's the common name of these tomatoes - among our first ripe ones. The early ones are nice because they are generally very meaty and pretty nicely shaped. And quite tasty!

Lovely day, a little chilly by evening. We went to yet another fair with friends and saw a concert featuring a prominent country music singer from the 1980's - he's 71 now and still has a nice voice, although I could tell the tempo of the songs was a bit slower. Lovely evening.
