Dorset Coast Path: view westwards from Gad Cliff

On the left of the horizon can be discerned the wedge-shaped Isle of Portland. Weymouth is a little to its right, but barely visible at this resolution.

The rugged hill jutting into the sea is Warbarrow Tout, marking the eastern end of Warbarrow Bay. (Fifteen minutes' walk inland is the deserted village of Tyneham.)

The walks along this stretch of coast are fairly strenuous, so take an occasional break to enjoy the views.
