Seeds of Hope

I think this is my favourite photograph of the day. It's the Seeds of Hope Children's Garden at Guildford Cathedral. The idea of the garden is to help children and young people explore feelings of loss - but it works equally well for adults. The girl is blowing a dandelion clock and the boy is trying to catch the seeds. The message is that all living things die, but their essence lives on in the new life that grows from the seeds of the old.
