Sainte-Chapelle

As I emerged from the stairway into the chapel I heard gasps from the people behind me. The first view is literally breathtaking. The queue to enter was long when we arrived and we delayed going in until the end of the day. That was a good decision because the chapel emptied once people were stopped from coming in, and we could look around more easily.
