Busy, Busy, Busy! Where'd I leave off?

We put an offer in on a house on Saturday afternoon. Sunday afternoon we received a counter offer which we accepted. Tuesday we have a house inspection scheduled and barring no major issues, closing is March 19th! Yay!

On the negative side of life, Friday when coming home for work I was in a car accident. All are well. The esitmate is $4200 in damage (half of which is labor costs) and hopefully we won't have to pay a dime as the accident was not my fault. The car should be ready for pickup in a 1.5 - 2 weeks.

Yesterday I for sure felt the baby kick for the first time! It was amazing. Now I have to seek out that feeling on daily basis.

Next week is even busier....
