Soggy Running

Took part in the West Lothian Run 7K race in Bathgate this morning. Great little local event that I only found out about earlier this year.

Very wet morning but this did mean cooler running conditions.

Two others from my work took part in the half marathon distance but this is too far for me at the moment.

Ran full distance and even scored a PB time of 39:26. Official times are still to be announced and finishing positions. I however was delighted to achieve this in under 40 minutes.
