Windy

Very wet and windy for my day off :-(
The wind started to pick up late last night accompanied by heavy rain and carried on through the night.
Ex-hurricane Bertha certainly brought the predicted high winds and rain.
Before lunch there was a break in the rain and we took Maeve out for a quick walk. Still very windy but thankfully the crops in this field seemed to have stood up well to the wind and the rain.
This afternoon trying to get back to tracing my ancestors particularly those on my dad's side who hail from Antrim and in particular Port Glenone but it's proving very frustrating :-)
