Buddah in La Marsa

The last place you'd expect to see a Buddah statue is the top floor café in the Zephyr shopping centre; this café terrace used to serve up Thai food - the original owner of the café brought over this statue from Thailand. The new owners covered up the buddah but recently changed their minds. So here it is looking quite magnificent with the hill of the village of Sidi Bou Said in the background.
