Seagull over Marine Park, Bellingham

Today, Mary Jo and I got ready for Muds to Suds on Sunday, a 2.5 mile race featuring 22 "dirty obstacles," including several mud pits for us to wallow through. We went to town to register and get ourselves matching team t-shirts. Then we went out to eat and finished the day taking pictures at Marine Park.

I had a hilarious shot of Mary Jo at the park smiling back at me as she entered the men's restroom, since the women's was occupied and smelled too ripe for us. Fortunately for her, I was laughing so hard the picture turned out blurry and the MEN sign was half cut off. So the blip for today is the silhouette of this seagull flying overhead into the sun~
