Magnolia

The magnolia growing at our front gates has burst into bloom. It seemed to happen all of a sudden. One day the buds were only just starting to split apart allowing a hint of dark pink to be seen. The next day it was in full flower. We are almost half way through August…. Winter is on its way out and spring is around the corner……
