An evening stroll

An improvement in the weather encouraged us to take a walk. We went round Chapel Green then down to the beach where J spotted this kite surfer - 'he' was fairly scudding along (shouldn't assume the surfer is male - but would a woman be so mental!).
We just got back in time for the last 3,000m of Joe Pavey's 10,000m race - well done Joe - what a fab win!
