Lunchtime run.

We did intervals at Craigmillar Castle this lunch time with the JogScotland group. Alternating laps with your partner, my partner was buzzer and here he is powering his way up the hill. It was a gorgeous day, sunny and warm. No tripod involved, just trial and error - i.e. lots of intervals.
