Giants in the garden

The problem with going away for a week and leaving courgette plants is that you have marrows growing in the veg patch when you return. I am guessing there must have been a lot of rain here in Kent because each of the 3 courgette plamts had at least 2 huge marrows growing . We have had courgette( marrow) casserole and courgette ( marrow) cheesy bake. Please send your favourite recipes for using up loads of courgettes or large marrow.
