The warmth of the sun

The rain is becoming a bit tedious now and I've actually felt cold a couple of times, which is not at all like me.

This evening I looked out of the window and saw a warm patch of sunshine on the wall, so I quickly grabbed the camera. It didn't last many seconds but at least I got it!

Mr E has 3 very rare days off and we thought we'd go somewhere nice with the dogs. I've spent 4 hours on the internet trying to find somewhere, without any success, as everywhere is fully booked. Oh well, we can do day trips and take lots of lovely picnic food. Fingers crossed for a few bright spells :-)
