Restoration

After a spot of retail therapy n the morning, we spent an enjoyable afternoon exploring the canal boats and exhibitions at the National Waterways Museum in Elesmere Port. This boat may be beyond restoration, but the work that had been done on so many boats is quite amazing.

The children helped open the lock gates to allow a barge to pass through.
