The Wind

She hides from our sight,
But the shaking silver leaves,
Betray her presence.


.... A beautiful, but breezy day. I'm not sure what sort of tree this is, but when the wind blows it it always makes me think of a line of poetry, which I remember as "The silver poplar shook alway", but which is actually :

..Hard by a poplar shook alway,
All silver-green with gnarled bark'...
