Changing colors

This sumac is just a few miles down the road from this sumac. I don't know if the recent dry spell has something to do with the early color change or what the cause is. But the sumac by my house is still green. Odd.

We started the morning with rain, but then the sun came out and it was a lovely warm and breezy day. Had a funeral at the church where I work - for a very loved woman who died unexpectedly. It was a bittersweet day.
