the layers of fulfilled expectance

An oddly traditional day today; lots of things occurred for which variations on "mumble typical mumble mumble bah" would have been suitable to mutter but I still managed a full traditional hour's lunch-walking, went on a longish wander after work such as I haven't done that much for a while and went for another wander a little later, such as often used to happen quite frequently. I found myself taking this despite not having done that many long-exposure night-glint-tinge things recently, but possibly only took it as I was outside wandering about with a tripod and happened to pass it when no cars were in front of it.
