Lord Hill emerging from the scaffolding that has been in place for months, while, I assume, some kind of remedial work was going on. It's not clear exactly what has been done, since at one stage it was proposed that the statue needed removing and replacing with a replica, but that hasn't happened - since the scaffolding is coming down now I guess something has though.
