Pasta Salads fast and furious

Peggy can whip up pasta salad in no time at all, I just love the colours of this one, the reds and yellows of the tomatoes and sweet corn look great , they were tasty as well.

My thought is around fast food... This meal cost next to nothing, and was full of goodness and the kids loved it.... For fast food we could have walked or driven to MacDonald... But then again why would I want to subject us all to rubbish food full of leftovers from antibiotic laden cows or chickens.

And most importantly, by the time I went there and got back the pasta salad would have been ready at a fraction of the cost not only in monetary terms but also my children's and our health.
