I made sushi!

I was very lucky to be invited on a 2 day foodie press trip to Perthshire. After checking in to the beautiful Ballathie House Hotel we were taken to meet the guys at LovSushi where we did a sushi making masterclass all washed down with some fizz! This was the fruit of my efforts!

We then had a wine tasting session with the lovely Linzey from Cairn o Mohr Winery and then pre dinner Strathearn Gin cocktails.

All followed by a 5 course Private Dinner, cooked for us by the lovely Tom Lewis from Monachyle Mhor Hotel and paired with specially selected wines! Hmmm Buffalo, hmmmm Grouse!

Oh my, foodie heaven!
