Upside Down

Three very talented young gymnasts were having a warm-up and camera rehearsal as I left work this afternoon. They appeared all too briefly in the last few minutes of today's edition of The One Show live on BBC1. The guests on today's programme were medal-winning gymnasts Nadia Comaneci and Louis Smith, who are judges on the new Saturday night show Tumble.
