Homebrew prep.

I've already had a few apples drop off the trees, which are now sat in the freezer along with a ton of blackberries and blueberries.

So it won't be long before the cider press comes out.

Unfortunately ( or not ) I still have a demijohn with some of last year's in.

So I'm going to bottle that up tomorrow once all the bottles have been sterilised.

Think I'm going to be very short on apples again this year, so am going to have to beg borrow and steal some more wherever I can. Donations kindly excepted.

I'm going to add a teaspoon of sugar to each bottle, but not sure if the yeast will spring back into life to make it fizzy, or if it will just make the cider sweeter.
