Practice makes perfect ...

I thought I would try two new recipes today ... One is the blip which are chewy (inside) meringue mini thingies and the other is a mini shortbread biscuit made with icing sugar ... I won't lie to you all they were both a triumph !!!

Tomorrow I shall make some fudge !!
