Clyde Swimmer

This year's Clyde Swim was affected by the terrible conditions of wind and rain, so the usual Kilgreggan to the Esplanade in Greenock was changed. Because of the poor conditions out in the River Clyde the 1.85 mile swim took place in more sheltered waters along the Esplanade.

20 swimmers took part in the Clyde Swim and Aidan Grant won the race. Amazingly one swimmer completed the course without a wetsuit. They all deserve a medal for taking part in such horrible conditions.
